• Confirmation will be received within 48 hours of booking, subject to availability
• All bookings require request one week in advance.
• This tour departs and arrives within Kyoto city only. Please include your desired pick up or drop off point (within Osaka city only) and departure time in the 'Special Preferences' box at the time of booking. If you do not choose a time, the tour will start at 9:00.
• There is no leeway from the 7-hour time limit. If the tour is anticipated to exceed the scheduled 7 hours due to traffic, unforeseen circumstances and
• or if you are late for the meeting time, the visiting times to the attractions may be shortened or omitted altogether depending on the situation.
• Changing the itinerary is not allowed.
• Delays, shortenings of the tour or omissions made to the itinerary due to traffic, weather or other circumstances that are beyond the control of the tour operator are not subject to refund
• If the tour operator has to cancel the tour because of a typhoon, heavy snow or other circumstances beyond their control, this will be decided by 3pm the day before tour departure; you will be informed by e-mail and offered a new departure date or receive full refund
• Vehicles are collapsible wheelchair accessible, however the driver is unable to assist passenger boarding and disembarking.  Wheelchair passengers must have a companion able to assist.
• Please indicate if large suitcase transportation is required.
• For a group up to 5 people, a mid-size passenger car (ex. Toyota Alphard or a similar class car) will be arranged. Its maximum capacity is 3 people
