While seated at our bar you'll see, feel and experience different grill cooking techniques, up close and personal. We aim to create a memorable evening for each guest, beyond your regular steakhouse expectations. The 3-hour evening experience includes a five-course traditional Argentine meal, with wine pairings, inside a private loft area. Participate in an authentic 'asado,' hosted by a local chef with more than three decades of culinary experience, and enjoy wine pairings as you eat. It's a great way to learn about the cultural rituals that Argentinians have formed around sharing food.

Get a taste of Argentina's local cuisine with this 3.5-hour interactive dining experience in Buenos Aires. Begin with a Malbec-based cocktail, then learn how to make wine-based cocktails under the guidance of a sommelier and mixologist (if you choose the mixology option). After, master the art of correctly closing empanadas before sitting down to a meal of authentic Argentine cuisine, paired with four boutique wines.
