We will see and taste how Hawaiian Food has evolved through time, from fascinating ancient farming techniques, to modern agriculture practices, to raising organic Berkshire Pigs sustainably. We will taste and experience how the introduction of new cultures and foods from around the world, has evolved local cuisine into the rich and varied palette that it is today. Hawaiian Cuisine is so richly varied that what we call "Hawaiian Food" means different things to different people. This tour will allow you to experience a behind-the-scenes, taste bud educational experience that will heighten your senses and delight your palate. Your final stop will be a Three Course Meal with a glass of wine at Pueo's Osteria with Chef James Babian.

Tour departs at 10:00 am, check-in at 9:30 at Clark's Hawaii Tours office located in Anchor Cove Mall (3366 Waaapa Rd. #507, Lihue, HI 96766).  No food or drinks on the bus, water okay.  We recommend to have late breakfast or early lunch before the tour leaves as food or drinks are not included on our tour. A 3 hour narrated sightseeing tour.  First stop at  Opaeka'a Falls, Wailua River lookout then travel thru the Tree tunnel and Poipu Coast with the second stop at the Spouting Horn.  Turn returns sightseeing to Historic Koloa Town, the birthplace of the sugarcane industry in the State of Hawaii.
