The classic Hard Rock Cafe in Biloxi is also a Mississippi hotel and casino with a range of facilities. Constructed in 2005, the restaurant on site features casual dining, fine dining, and quick eats. Serving classic American cuisine, contemporary cocktails, and signature Hard Rock Cafe dishes, diners can enjoy a meal alongside an experience with music history. The Hard Rock Cafe Biloxi continues the tradition of honoring the legacy of rock ’n’ roll, with memorabilia from Elvis Presley, Johnny Cash, BB King, and Elton John. The menu includes classic items such as  burgers, chicken wings, and potato skins, alongside fresh salads, sandwiches, and other entrees.

The Hard Rock Biloxi opening was initially delayed by the onset of Hurricane Katrina. After its completed construction, the resort included the tallest Hard Rock sign in the world. Much of the memorabilia was returned by local residents who found it after the hurricane came through, including a jacket of Elvis Presley that was found floating in the Mississippi Sound.
