Make a stop at an authentic outback camel farm and for those that are keen there is the option to go for a short ride on the back of one of these desert animals (at your own expense). Continue on to the permanent campsite at Yulara for lunch before embarking to explore the 36 domes of Kata Tjuta. As the sun begins to disappear below the horizon, take a glass of sparkling wine and watch the rock's rich colors change against the backdrop of a blazing Red Centre sunset. The perfect end to a remarkable day is awaiting you back at camp - the famous 1,000 star dinner. Sit down to a candlelit spread of locally-sourced food and wines; with the red earth at your feet and an infinite sprawl of stars overhead, soak up the vastness of the Outback skies during a hosted dinner you'll never forget.Day 2 "“ Uluru to Kings Canyon (B,L,D)An early start is rewarded with the sunrise over Uluru. While the morning's fresh enjoy an unguided walk around the base of Uluru. You will then deepen your understanding of the land and the Mala people as you embark on a cultural interpretive walk with an Aboriginal guide (and interpreter). It is a unique opportunity to share experiences, and to connect with and learn about the oldest culture on earth. Afterwards, you will have the opportunity to see more Aboriginal arts and crafts at the Cultural Centre before you travel to the exclusive campsite within the Watarrka National Park (Kings Canyon) where you sleep for the night.Day 3 "“ Kings Canyon to Alice Springs (B,L)Get your hiking shoes on today as the group heads out to explore the formations and rock faces of King's Canyon. You will be left breathless by the sheer size and beauty of the canyon, as we trek through the Amphitheatre and discover the Lost City, the lush Garden of Eden, and the North and South Walls. Enjoy a well-deserved lunch before you continue back to Alice Springs.
