• Passport name, number, country, DOB is required at time of booking for all participants
• The cruise itinerary is subject to change due to weather conditions, water level, navigation and seasonal conditions
• A moderate amount of walking is involved for shore excursions
• You may need to call the cruise to get the exact cruise pier number on the cruise check-in date. The contact number will be made available on the voucher after booking
• All confirmed bookings are final and non-refundable; however, date change or transfer of booking to another person are allowed provided that you contact customer service by email at least 30 days before cruise departure date to arrange such changes.
• Customer service will confirm your request for date change but subject to availability within 48 business hours. If your preferred date is unavailable, you will be provided with next available date. If there is a price difference due to seasonality, travelers will need to pay the difference. Please note there is no refund if you cannot travel on alternative dates or cannot find a person to take over your booking.
• The total number of travelers and the cruise cabin type of the new booking must be the same as the original. For eligible date change or transfer of booking, a new voucher must be obtained and the original voucher will be void.
