• If the tour operator has to cancel the tour because of a typhoon, heavy snow or other circumstances beyond their control, this will be decided by 3pm the day before tour departure; you will be informed by e-mail and suggested a new departure date or receive a full refund.

• Included fees will not be refunded even if the participant does not use the facilities for whatever reason.
• Swimming suit rental is available at Hakone Kowakien Yunessun for an extra fee (men & children JPY 650 tax included, women JPY1,080 tax included). Sizes are as follows: Children - 80～160 cm, Men - M～6Ls, Women - S～4Ls. Special Large size is also available. Please note that since size and stocks are limited, it is recommended that you bring your own swimming suit
