• Transportation is not included to Alcatraz Landing Pier 33 departure dock from your restaurant or hotel. It goes without saying to some guests still are confused on what we mean by this. Alcatraz Cruises provides a round trip ferry boat to the island with return which is included with this package. What is not included is ANY transportation to get you to the point of departure. Consult your local buses, trains, muni to get you to Pier 33 on your own.

You will receive a confirmation for your Alcatraz date. We will send you a time for departure 1-3 days prior to your Alcatraz date byEmail Communication.  Restaurant is not the owner of this package. Do not call them for advice, questions, inventory, or check in for Alcatraz with them.

Alcatraz Departures will be assigned one confirmed and may depart any time between 8:45am and 3:50pm. Once a time is assigned we will be unable to make any changes. The time of departure will be assigned and communicated on the voucher confirmation. Do not go to Alcatraz prior to completion of the check in instructions on your Viator voucher.

Alcatraz tours return to Alcatraz Landing Pier 33.

• Confirmation will be received within 48 hours of booking, subject to availability

• Read yourVoucher for Alcatraz boarding pass pick up location. You must pick this documents PRIOR to going to Alcatraz. Alcatraz will not accept avoucher directly at their booth.
• Children must be accompanied by an adult
• No refunds; exchanges; or cancellations on any Alcatraz related item
• No refunds based on the chosen restaraunt of the day. It is final.
