If you purchased transfer, your return location is the same hotel that we picked you up.(Above "Duration Time" refers to the time you are expected to spend during your visit to Antalya Aquarium Complex)

• Children must be accompanied by an adult
• A moderate amount of walking is involved
• Collapsible wheelchairs with removable wheels can be  accommodated providing the passenger is accompanied by someone who can assist them board and disembark
• Wheelchair accessible - if assistance is required, passenger must provide their own carer
• Your tickets will be held at the box office located at the entrance for collection on the day of your proposed visit.
• Your ticket provides you access for only one use and it is valid until the end of the day by 22.30pm.
• Flash photography is strictly prohibited.
• In order to help you visit our facilities easily, we offer you a shuttle service for a small fee. 
• Please remember to enter your HOTEL NAME during your CHECK OUT.
• Please note that the meeting point for your pick-up is the main security gate of your hotel facing the main street. It's your responsibility to be there on time.
• Our vehicles are marked with an "ANTALYA AQUARIUM SHUTTLE" sign and we would appreciate if you could confirm your name when the shuttle arrives.
• You will receive more detailed information about your purchased product as well as your booked transfer via e-mail. 
• The Antalya Aquarium reserves the right to change the time between +
• - 30 minutes and you will be informed via e-mail 1 day prior to your transfer if such a change occurs.
• Upon your arrival to Antalya Aquarium via our shuttle service a member of our staff will greet you and help you to exchange your voucher for actual aquarium tickets which will allow you to access our facilities.
• Please expect to stay in the Antalya Aquarium facilities about 2.5 hours. The same vehicle will drop you off at your hotel. Your departure information will be given by the same member of our staff who greets you at your arrival and you are strongly advised to listen to him
• her in order to stay up to date with any possible changes.
• Your departure point is the same location as your arrival to the Aquarium.
• In order to avoid any unexpected problems and for the correct execution of your transfer, please, book your seat before 5.00pm, at least, one day before your visit to the Antalya Aquarium.
