PICKUPWe offer a free pick up from all the hotels located in the city centre (the Old Town area and the Jewish Quarter area). About 90% of all accommodation in Krakow is located in our free pick up zone.If the pickup from your hotel is subject to additional fare, we will inform you about this fact at the time of confirming your booking.IF YOUR ACCOMMODATION IS LOCATED OUTSIDE CITY CENTER:If your hotel is located outside the city center (more than 2km away), we can still pick you up from there however we may charge you additionally 40 PLN or 10 Euro (per the whole group, not per person), paid directly to the driver.Please note there are some locations in Krakow (away from city center)  that we are not able to pick you up from. In that case you will be requested to get to our pick up location listed below.If you don't want to be picked up from your accommodation (or you are not staying in Krakow) please choose one of the following pick up points and state it when booking the tour: - Matejko Hotel (no 8 Matejko Square, Main Train Station area) - Royal Hotel (no 26 St Gertrudy Street, by the Wawel Castle) - Holiday Inn (no 4 Wielopole Street) - Hotel Radisson Blu (no 17 Straszewskiego Street) - Columbus Hotel (57 Starowislna Street - the Jewish Quarter Area)Otherwise we will pick you up from your accommodation.
