• Most museums are closed on Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.

• Zoo Combo Pass is a VOUCHER and requires redemption to receive San Diego Zoo ticket. Voucher can only be redeemed at the Balboa Park Visitors Center (open 9:30 am "“ 4:30 pm daily; except for Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and New Year's Day). To be valid passholder must bring printed receipt, must show a valid photo ID matching purchaser's name, and pass must be redeemed within one year of order date.
