What To Expect
Make your way to a meeting point by the Spanish Embassy, then join a guide and small group for a 5:30pm departure. The first stop is the Spanish Steps, then you'll take an easy-going walk to the Trevi Fountain, the city's largest and most recognizable Baroque fountain. Continue to the Pantheon, where you'll find a fascinating blend of ancient and Baroque architecture, and learn some of the site's long history and secrets. After roughly 30 minutes at the Pantheon, continue along a route that takes in a series of Baroque landmarks. See the Santa Maria sopra Minerva church, Piazza Farnese, and the Palazzo Spada, the modern-day home of the Italian Council of State. At each stop and throughout the tour, the guide will share stories about Roman history, Baroque design, and what life was like during Rome's Baroque Period. This tour concludes at 8pm in Piazza Farnese, the perfect place to kick off a night in Rome.
