Also, admission to the towers must be booked in advance.Explore the church at your own pace during the site's hours of operation, and take a lift up the towers when you're ready. You can choose to visit the tower on the Nativity façade with views over east Barcelona, or the tower on the Passion façade with views over the city center. Visitors must take stairs down the towers. Please note that much of the basilica and museum are wheelchair accessible, but the towers are not, and eating, drinking, and smoking are prohibited on the basilica grounds. Also, children younger than six cannot go up the towers and children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
