• Confirmation will be received at time of booking
• Due to heightened security there may be slight delays at checkpoints, even with pre-purchased, skip-the-line entry tickets. We ask for your patience.
• Please do not bring large purses, bags, or backpacks
• Please be at the designated meeting point 15 minutes before departure.
• Our coordinators will be wearing blue polo shirts or jackets at the meeting point to make time easily recognizable 
• This tour involves a fair amount of walking
• Cannot accommodate guests with wheelchairs or any impairments requiring special assistance on this tour, nor strollers or baby carriages on our group tours
• Knees and shoulders MUST be covered for both men and women.
• Non-flash photography is permitted throughout the Louvre and Notre Dame
• Notre Dame may be closed last-minute for religious services and events. In this case you will receive either a free rescheduling of the tour or full refund                                                                                                                
• Customers will be given a ticket for the cruise by one of our representatives in the morning. You will need to show it to the Vedettes de Paris staff before getting on the boat. Please note that customers are free to take the cruise whenever they wish but we suggest the departure time at 6pm. There won't be any CW representatives at the cruise departure point.
