Central Cancun Hotels The pick up time will be provided 24 hrs before the tour takes place, according to the selected service option. Depending on the tour you selected, if your hotel is located outside of the pick up zone, you'll be provided with a meeting point.

For Coba: First pick up is at 05:30 a.m.For Xel Ha: First pick up is at 07:00 a.m.

• The duration of transfers are approximate, the exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions

• Coba is not wheelchair accessible

• You must bring an ID in order to use towels, lockers and snorkel equipment in Xel Ha
• For safety reasons, it is mandatory that you wear a life vest during the visit to the cenote in Coba (the cost is not included on the inclusions list)
