What To Expect

Travel independently to the Atlantis, The Palm hotel, located on The Palm archipelago at Jumeirah. Check in for your shared, 15-minute flight and settle inside your state-of-the-art helicopter - either next to the pilot or in the four seats at the back.Then, after a safety briefing, enjoy the ascent as your helicopter hovers up into the skies above Dubai. Soar along the Jumeirah coastline past the skyscrapers of downtown Dubai and gaze down at The Palm, the artificial island that resembles the shape of a palm tree, as your pilot points out the most notable landmarks. Swoop toward the Burj Khalifa, the world's tallest building, and absorb the aerial views of the sail-shaped Burj Al-Arab hotel, rising from an island off Jumeirah Beach.Keep your camera poised as you fly over the Arabian Gulf toward The World - the man-made archipelago that's made up of some 300 sandy islands shaped like a world map. Have fun identifying the different 'countries' below and then whirr back to The Palm to return to the heliport.After landing, make your own way back to your Dubai hotel, from where the next part of your combo tour begins in the afternoon.
