Next you'll stop at the Kimbell Art Museum, designed by Louis Kahn and Renzo Piano, and heralded as a masterpiece of modern architecture. See the two buildings on the site, the 1972 original by Kahn and the 2013 new building addition by Piano, and learn about the building process.Finally, head over to the adjacent Modern Art Museum of Fort Worth, which has roots going back to 1892, and is located in an elegant building by Tadao Ando. The stunning building opened in 2002 and has long pavilions that sit next to reflecting pools.Your guide illuminates how each architect worked with the challenges of the Fort Worth landscape and Texas' harsh weather.
