All most all hotels mainly the Centrally located hotels and hotel apartments in Dubai. If the hotel do not have bus parking facilities, we request you to come to close by area, where parking  available. However we put every endeavour to offer pickup and drop off from hotel lobby. We shall inform you of the exact pickup time and location 12 hours prior to your pickup. Guest can contact via Whatsapp, email and telephone. We offer free of charge pickup and drop-off from Dubai cruise terminal at the main security gate.The Guest staying Emirates of Sharjah,Al Nadha,Qusais,Muhaisanah and all the other emirates may report at Hyatt Place Al Rigga. Pickup and drop off is included for all guest staying at  Al Ras, Gold Souk, Al Khaleej road Deira,  Al Ahmedia heritage  from a common pickup and drop off point - The Hyatt Place Baniyas square (located at the Baniyas squre metro station). All these areas are within 5 to 15 minutes walking distance or by metro travel within one or two stations limits. The closest pickup and drop off point for guest staying at Dubai investment park, Jebel Ali,Jum. village, Studio city,Arabian ranches,Dubai land,Deira Island includes Bulgari hotels, Nikki beach and Four season next to Deira Island, Bab Al Shams, Al Maha resorts, Greens will be from Marina mall Dubai main entrance - it economical and fast to use Dubai metro. Pickup and drop off for the guest staying at Silicon oasis,Al Warqa, Meydan, Academic city, International city Dragon mart area will be  Fairmont the Dubai, Sheikh Zayed road. Guest staying at residence, hostel must report to a centrally located hotel in Dubai. 

Pickup time start from Saturday to Thursday: 07.50 AM from Deira and Bur Dubai hotels. The hotels in Down Town and surrounding areas at 08.30AM approximately. The pickup time would be at 09.00 for those guest staying in New Dubai( Barsha, Marina, Jumeirah Beach, T-com, JLT, Palm Island etc) since New Dubai is geographically more close to Abu Dhabi and there is no way to go to Abu Dhabi without touching new Dubai. Pickup time for Friday : 09.00 AM from Deira and Bur Dubai hotels. The hotels in Down Town and surrounding areas at 09.15AM approximately. The pickup time would be at 09.30 for those guest staying in New Dubai( Barsha, Marina, Jumeirah Beach, Palm Island etc) since mosque open late on Fridays.NOTE :- The city of Deira and Bur Dubai are located geographically on the opposite side of Abu Dhabi. Therefore it may take 30 minutes to 60 minutes (depends on the traffic) more, when compared to guest staying in New Dubai. As New Dubai is more close to Abu Dhabi, inorder to make the tour joyful, we do offer swift transfer for all guest with VAN/CARS (free of charge) the tour bus. Please refer our pickup location mentioned in detail. Times are subject to change due to local traffic conditions.Hotel pickups commence prior to this time, you must contact the local service provider to verify your exact pickup time.

Drop off will be arranged as per the pick up point Note:- A delay may be expected due to heavy traffic during the evening hours at the surrounding areas of Deira and Bur Dubai. Request you to plan your evening program accordingly.

• Dress Code to remember :All the visitors must wear proper clothing, this includes covering up to feet and wrists. Loose long trousers, long skirts, and long sleeves that reach to ankle
• wrist are acceptable. Women must cover their head with a scarf. Shorts, tight clothing, and transparent clothing are not acceptable.
• Dress code for men : Men must cover themselves with shirt and full pants. No shorts allowed. No transparent clothing
