• Confirmation will be received at time of booking
• You need to exchange your voucher against your entry ticket at Futuroscope Destination's Agency which is located on the left hand side of the main entrance.
• If you are not visiting the park on the date of your reservation, you will be refused the entrance and you will not be entitled to any refund.
• Important : A valid ID card may be requested when exchanging your vouchers against your Futuroscope entry tickets.
