Park hours are:January 1, - May 31, 2018 AND September 4, - December 31, 2018 | 09:30am - 4:00pmPeak season: June 1, - September 3, 2018 | 09:30am - 4:30pmActivity check-in varies based on time selected. Please arrive at the park at least 15 mins prior to selected activity time.For hotel pick-up, contact the local supplier after receipt of confirmation to arrange transportation details. Transportation must be confirmed by 4pm on the day prior to arrival.

• Pregnant women are prohibited from participation in the Hawaiian Ray Encounter
• You must be in good physical condition to participate in the Hawaiian Ray Encounter
• Minimum age for Hawaiian Ray Encounter is 4 years old
• Children 4-7 years old must be accompanied by a paying adult over 13 years of age
• Minimum height for Hawaiian Ray Encounter is 40 inches (101 cm)
• Special Needs Guests: it is required that any special needs requests be noted when making your reservation. Each case will be accessed by experienced staff on an individual basis and accommodations may be arranged but cannot be guaranteed.
