Flights are available from 7:15am to 2pm or 2:30pm (depending on season)All flight times are approximate and subject to change due to weather conditions and weight restrictions.

• Confirmation will be received at time of booking
• Individual passenger weights, including infants, MUST be advised at time of booking
• Due to comfort and weight or balance of the aircraft, passengers weighing over 275lbs. will be required to purchase an additional seat. This is payable directly to the tour operator on the day of the tour.
• Infant children are considered a lap child if they are under the age of two and have proof of age, such as a passport or a copy of their birth certificate
• Seats are determined by passengers weights and front seats cannot be guaranteed at any time.
• Collapsible wheelchairs with removable wheels may be accommodated provided the passenger is accompanied by someone who can assist them with boarding and disembarking the aircraft. Pilots are unable to assist.
• Please note: This tour departs from the Grand Canyon West Rim. Transportation from Las Vegas or surrounding areas is NOT included. Entrance fee to the Grand Canyon West is not included in the price of the tour (from USD$55).
