• Prices for entrance fees, parking, and tolls will depend on the places you visit. You will be advised the approximate fees once you advise the places you would like to visit. The fees should be payed at each spot in cash in Japanese yen

• Confirmation will be received within 48 hours of booking, subject to availability
• All bookings require one week advance request
• Please indicate if large suitcase transportation is required
• Extension of the 8 or 5 hour sightseeing time is not available
• Please include your desired pick up or drop off point (within Kanazawa city only) and departure time in the 'Special Preferences' box at the time of booking. If you do not choose a time, the tour will start at 9:00.
• Delays, shortenings of the tour or omissions may be made to the itinerary due to traffic, weather or other circumstances that are beyond the control of the tour operator are not subject to refund
• If the tour operator has to cancel the tour because of a typhoon, heavy snow or other circumstances beyond their control, this will be decided by 3pm the day before tour departure; you will be informed by e-mail and offered a new departure date or receive full refund
• Vehicles are collapsible wheelchair accessible, however the driver is unable to assist passenger boarding and disembarking.  Wheelchair passengers must have a companion able to assist 
• For a group up to 5 people, a mid-size passenger car (ex. Toyota Alphard) will be arranged. Its maximum capacity is 3 people

• For a group up to 9 people, a minivan (ex. Toyota HiAce) will be arranged. Its maximum capacity is 9 people

• English-speaking driver is not a licensed tour guide and will not be able to provide detailed guiding for the visiting spots
