• Confirmation will be received within 48 hours of booking, subject to availability
• A maximum of 3 people per booking
• Infants under 2 years old are not permitted to board the helicopter
• Adult pricing applies to all travelers 
• For comfort and safety, passengers must not exceed an individual weight limit of 286lbs (130kg) 
• Passengers who have been diving in the past 24 hours cannot participate
• Not recommended for pregnant women
• If the experience is cancelled due to bad weather or aircraft issues, an alternative date or refund will be offered
