The Lares Valley is one of the most picturesque treks in the southern part of Cusco, home of many traditional weavers and farmers. People live day to day, growing and knitting what they eat and wear. Each day is paced with plenty of time to enjoy the scenery. The walk is a bit hard but it is incredibly rewarded with the landscape. You will have lunch alongside cascading waterfalls and appreciate the life of the Andean farmers sharing time with them.
