Total tour duration is inclusive of hotel pickup and drop-off and transportation to and from the start and end points. Your total flight time is approximately 60-minutes.All flight times are approximate and subject to change due to weather conditions and weight restrictions.

• Confirmation will be received at time of booking, unless booked within 3 days of travel. In this case confirmation will be received within 48 hours, subject to availability

• Due to the nature of this tour and the safety of all guests, the tour operator reserves the right to refuse service to passengers who are intoxicated or show signs of intoxication. If, as a result, your tour is canceled, you will not be entitled to a refund.
• All passengers will be required to sign a waiver before the flight
• Due to comfort and weight or balance of the balloon, maximum weight is 280lbs (127kg or 20 stone) per person
• Flights can only be operated with safe winds, clear sky and no rain. In case of unsuitable weather conditions, you will be provided the option to take the tour on an alternative date or be refunded in full.
