The Museum of Art Miguel Urrutia, previously called Banco de la República Art Collection, is a building with two large rooms, each of 500 square meters, to house temporary exhibitions of international stature. The complex also includes the Gregorio Vásquez de Arce square, an area for children's workshops, and an auditorium with capacity for 160 people. The three-story construction, inaugurated in 2004, was designed by the Bogota architect Enrique Triana Uribe who, for this project, received the 2006 National Architecture Prize.
