What To Expect
One of the best ways to see Naples and its landmarks is via an open-top, hop-on, hop-off, double-decker bus. Learn about Naples' history and culture from the on-board narration as the coach snakes its way through the city's streets. Perhaps jump off at the Museo Archeologico and see art from an era when Rome ruled the Mediterranean and even when Naples was an ancient Greek Colony. It only takes 75 minutes to complete the full loop, so hop off many times as you want to get a sense of the city. There are 11 stops on the Art route, 12 stops on the Naples Bay route and 9 stops on the San Marino route. All three routes are connected by Stop 1: Piazza Municipo. This excursion is located roughly 10 minutes (by foot) from the cruise port, so you don't need to travel far from your ship. You should, though, allow yourself plenty of time to enjoy the tour and ensure you return to your ship in plenty of time. Please note: This tour is not covered by our worry-free policy.
