We sit directly behind the JAX Brewery, which is located at 600 Decatur St.our ticket office is directly in front of the Steamboat Natchez. Jazz Brunch cruise customers will return to the original departure point on the Toulouse Street wharf in the French Quarter. Those guests who purchased the optional Mardi Gras World tour may return via MGW shuttle available to downtown hotels, or through their own transportation options.

Owner reserves right to substitute a similar vessel should the Riverboat CITY of NEW ORLEANS become unavailable.
In order to help preserve the French Quarter from vehicular traffic, it is requested that you please walk, if possible, to the convenient tour departure point - just a short stroll from most downtown hotels.
The Riverboat CITY of NEW ORLEANS is handicap accessible. Access to the top deck is by stairs only. Please call us with any questions before finalizing your plans if you have questions on access or personal equipment.Â
