• Arrive promptly 30 minutes prior to your scheduled departure time to register, sign a participation agreement and listen to the safety orientation; refusal to sign the agreement does not merit a credit or refund

• Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult
• Not recommended for participants with back problems
• Not recommended for participants with heart complaints or other serious medical conditions

• This tour runs year-round as long as there is no ice flow on the water; if canceled due to weather conditions, you will be given the option of an alternative date or full refund
• It is recommended that guests who choose the wet deck option bring a change of dry clothes
• Note: You will not see Niagara Falls on this tour
• Shuttle service is offered, guests may call for availability
