Under the following conditions:Passengers must be ready curbside 1 hour and 15 minutes before flight departure time.Our shuttle driver will wait a maximum of 10 minutes.In consideration of other guests, passengers that are late will have to arrange their own transportation to and from the tour office at 134 Nakolo Place, Suite 203 , Honolulu, HI 96819.Self Drive Passengers must arrive no less than 30 minutes prior to departure time.Late passengers will forfeit their tour and NOT BE OFFERED A REFUND.Passengers that change their transportation preferences, must inform Mauna Loa Helicopters Tours at least 24 hours before their scheduled departure time. • Confirmation will be received at time of booking, unless booked within 7 days of travel. In this case confirmation will be received within 48 hours, subject to availability

• A maximum of 10 people per booking. 
• Due to the comfort and the weight and balance of the aircraft, passengers may weigh no more than 275lbs or 125kg.
• Subject to favorable weather conditions. If canceled due to poor weather, you will be given the option of an alternative date or full refund.
• A minimum of 2 travelers are required to launch the aircraft. In the event that a single traveller cannot be grouped with other shared seating passengers we will try and find alternative times
