When you are in the water and ready to come out, push the board down toward the seabed so your legs are straight (Ironman)
The jets must point straight down for you to come up
When you come up out of the water keep your legs straight with equal pressure down into the board, relax, keep the board still with your toes pointing slightly down
Keep your gaze toward the horizon and avoid waving your arms around (the stiller you are the more steady the board becomes)Â
Movements should be very small, think millimeters not inches
To go forward point your toes slightly down and slightly lean forward
To hover keep your feet flat (it is harder to hover than move forward)
To fly backwards pull your toes up (you must bend forward from the waist to counter balance yourself)Â
To fly in a circular motion around the jet ski, look and lean slightly toward the ski
