• Photo with Panda (1800 yuan per person) if you are interested, advise when place the booking so that a reservation can be made for you. You will need to pay by cash at the base. Reservation is required one week ahead, please book as early as possible.

• Confirmation will be received within 48 hours of booking, subject to availability
• There is a daily quota of 60 volunteers at the base, and during peak season it easily gets fully booked. We will need to check availability with the base first, and if it has been booked up, we will suggest the closest alternative date. 
• Please provide EACH traveler's information as requested when you place the booking. 
• Minimum age for taking part in the activities is 12 years old. Children aged 2-11 can watch alongside but are not allowed to participate. The tour guide will help you accompany the children.
