Tours have pre-scheduled hour to start at 9h30 You must arrive at the attraction 20 minutes before the tour starting hour.Travel time from Bonito to the ranch is around 45 minutes.

• A current valid passport or ID is required on the day of travel
• Medical restrictions:
• Women up to 20 weeks of pregnancy, must see safety procedures.
• Women with high-risk pregnancy or after 20 weeks of pregnancy cannot participate on the tour.
• For visitors with recent surgery (up to 60 days), epilepsy, labyrinthitis, asthma, history of  anaphylaxis, the participation on the tour is not recommended.
• Visitors with heart problems such as: heart attack, cardiac arrhythmias, heart failure, and
