The monuments have to be visited at the time that the ticket is purchased for depending on the availability of the monuments so that we cannot always guarantee a time. Visits are usually at 10am for the Alcazar and 1pm for the Cathedral, except for Sundays that the visit is in the afternoon. However, you need to check the email that is sent to you with the tickets (not the voucher)!
