Head to Lake Mead National Recreation Area for an ATV and shooting adventure on this 7-hour tour from Las Vegas. You'll stop at the Hoover Dam for a photo op, ride down to the Colorado River on an ATV, and learn how to shoot a variety of guns. What To Expect

Your tour starts with hotel pickup in Las Vegas by your driver-guide for the journey to Boulder City, listening to narration about the history of the area along the way. Stop for 15 minutes at the Hoover Dam bridge for a photo op, and then continue to the starting point of your 3-hour ATV tour in Lake Mead National Recreation Area. On your all-terrain vehicle, you'll traverse 22 miles (35 km) of nature trails that take you through the desert landscape of native vegetation and wildlife, heading down to the Colorado River. In the summer months, you can hop in the river to cool off with a swim, if you wish. Next, replenish your energy at the onsite restaurant for an American hamburger lunch (vegetarian option is also available), and then begin the second part of your day "” shooting. Depending on the option selected when booking (see the Itinerary for the choices), you'll try your skills on a sub-machine gun, machine gun, Glock, sniper rifle, or Barrett. If you upgrade to include the helicopter ride, you'll then take off on a 90-minute aerial tour over the West Rim of the Grand Canyon, enjoying a short landing for a glass of Champagne.
