• Confirmation will be received at time of booking
• Dress code: Knees and shoulders must be covered to enter into Saint Marks Basilica church;
• Large bags or ruck sacks are not allowed into Saint Marks Basilica or the Doges Palace for security reasons;
• Our assistant will be holding an orange umbrella and a Venice Events sign;
• Please arrive at the meteing point at least 15 minutes before the start of the tour;
• The tour leaves on time, if you do not arrive in time for the tour you will miss the tour;
• Late arrivals, No Shows, No refund;
• On very few occasions Saint Mark's Basilica may be closed due to Public holidays, Religious Ceremonies, private events or high water and we are not always informed in advance. The Basilica and the Square will be done externally only and the Doge's Palace will be 1-hour and 30 minutes; total length of tour (Basilica + Doge's Palace) 2 hours;
