Your tour starts at Icari Shahar metro station in Baku, where you'll meet your guide and set off on your food adventure. As you visit eateries in the Old City of Baku, learn about the food served at each. Gain insight into Azerbaijani sauces and spices as you sample items such as qutab, a dish made from thinly rolled dough. Pastry items in Azerbaijan are considered to be a source of pride. Continue to a restaurant decked out in national style, where you can choose what you'd like to try with recommendations from your guide.
