From you Hotel in Cancun and Riviera MayaThe pick up time will be provided 24 hrs before the tour takes place, according to the selected service option. Depending on the tour you selected, if your hotel is located outside of the pick up zone, you'll be provided with a meeting point.

This is a two-day tour. Pick-up times are arranged as follow:Tulum: First pick up: Summer: 04:00 a.m. / Winter: 05:00 a.m.Xplor: 7amHotel pickups commence prior to this time

• Minimum age is 6 years old to enter Xplor
• Minimum age to drive the amphibious vehicles is 18 and all drivers must have a valid driver's license.
• It is recommended that you bring comfortable lightweight clothing, walking shoes or sneakers, biodegradable sunblock, a swimsuit and towel, and a spare change of clothing
• Please note: The date you choose upon booking is for the Tulum tour. Your Xplor tour takes place the following day. Both tours include hotel pickup and drop-off.
