• Confirmation will be received within 48 hours of booking, subject to availability
• Infant (0-2 years old) are free of charge but with no tour inclusions.
• Child (3-5 years old) price includes bus seat and the strawberry picking fee.
• Minimum numbers apply. There is a possibility of cancellation after confirmation if there are not enough passengers to meet requirements. In the event of this occurring, you will be contacted 4 days prior to your travel date and offered an alternative date or a full refund.
• Depending on how ripe the fruits are and the weather on the tour day etc., you may not be able to experience strawberry picking. In that case, pre-picked fruits served on plates may be served instead of picking yourselves.
• Please wear comfortable clothing and walking shoes.
• Views of Mt. Fuji are not guaranteed.
• The flowers may not be in full bloom on the day of your visit. In such a case, the visit may be shortened or omitted altogether if ithe flowers are not in bloom at all.
• Best viewing period for flowers: Cherry blossoms at Erin-ji Temple (early April); Cherry blossoms at Arakurayama Sengen Park (mid-late April); peach blossoms (early-mid April); rapeseed flowers (late March-late April)
• For lunch, the pork hotpot dish can be changed to steamed fish or tofu hotpot. If interested, please contact the tour operator at least 3 days prior to your departure day. Requests on the day are not accepted.
• Please be aware that to reach the flower viewing spot at Arakurayama Sengen Park, you will need to climb 400 steps taking roughly 20 minutes.
• The order of the itinerary is subject to change.
• Delays, shortenings of the tour or omissions made to the itinerary due to traffic, weather or other circumstances that are beyond the control of the tour operator are not subject to a refund.
• If the tour operator has to cancel the tour because of a typhoon, heavy snow, or other circumstances beyond their control, this will be decided by 3pm the day before tour departure; you will be informed by e-mail and offered a new departure date or receive a full refund.
