At theÂ Peak Tram Lower Station, there are twoÂ entries:Â Individual Entry and Group Entry. Most people will line up to buy tickets on site and enter throughÂ Individual Entry. The normal waiting time is 2 hours. YourÂ prepaid confirmation couponÂ allows you to useÂ Group Entry. Usually less people line up here. Group Entry is aÂ privilege benefit for travel agents' customers only. It saves your time but you do not skip the line of others lining up atÂ Individual Entry.
MaintenanceÂ of the Peak Tram:Â the Peak Tram service will be temporarily suspended for maintenance and haulage rope replacement work. During the period the transfer up and down the Victoria Peak will be arranged by coach instead of Peak Tram.
The Peak Tram will temporarily suspend service for one day for maintenance work to be carried out on 26 November 2018 (Monday). Tram service will resume at 7 am on 27 November 2018 (Tuesday).
The Peak TramÂ will takeÂ a substantial upgrade project andÂ the 1st service suspensionÂ is fromÂ late AprilÂ toÂ mid
late July in 2019.Â The 2nd service suspension is from July to December in 2020.

How to join in this tour from airport: Please take 24-minute Airport Express, get off at Kowloon Station, Exit D1, walk for 97m (2 minute) to W Hotel.Â The pickup time from W Hotel isÂ 08:10Â daily. Your tour guide has a pickup list and will find you in the lobby.Â Â From Airport Station, the 1st train leaves at 05:54. From Kowloon Station back to airport, the last train leaves at 00:52.

From Kowloon Station or Hong Kong Station, take free shuttle bus to your hotel.Â Free shuttle bus goes to major downtown hotels, provided exclusively for Airport Express passengers travelling to
from Airport only.Â
FreeÂ bus departs in every 20 minute fromÂ 06:12 - 23:12. YourÂ local tour operator will informÂ whichÂ shuttle busÂ you should takeÂ and how many stops on route.Â Take the same busÂ
train back to airport on your return day.
Before 6:00 and after 23:00, you need to take taxi to your hotel, the taxi fare will be paid by yourself.
