• Confirmation will be received within 48 hours of booking, subject to availability
• For bookings during December 2018: The date you book is for your Muir Woods tour. Your Alcatraz tour will be the following day. 
• For bookings starting January 2019: both Muir Woods and Alcatraz will be scheduled for the day that you booked.
• Due to National Park Regulations, the exact departure time of your Alcatraz cruise cannot be confirmed until 2 days prior to the tour date.
• To receive your Alcatraz Ticket you must check into the supplier office (on voucher) one day prior to the Alcatraz Tour date or before 9am on the date of your Alcatraz Tour.
