• The QR code for Airport Express Ticket and Cable Car Coupon is not the same voucher fromthat you are going to present on the day of the tour.  There a separate ticket with QR code that you need to receive from local tour supplier.
• You can use a mobile device to download the QR Code image(s) and pass through the designated gate directly.
• If you have not received the following E-tickets 48 hours by email before you fly to Hong Kong, please contactimmediately.
• You will receive an E-ticket Purchase Notice titled with your name, and QR Code(s) for the Airport Express tickets(s) offered by MTR Hong Kong.
• You can use a mobile device to download the QR Code image(s) and pass through the turnstiles for boarding the train and bus.
• For round trip ticket, you can use the QR Code image(s) for a free return ride to airport in 30 days.
• Between Hong Kong or Kowloon station and major hotels. free airport express shuttle bus leaves in every 20 minute between 06:00 to 23:00. If you need to take taxi to and from your hotel, the taxi fare will be paid by yourself.
• All airport express tickets are non-refundable.  QR Code cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged for other tickets once it is used.
• The local tour agent will issue a prepaid voucher with her company stamp.
• You are asked to PRINT this E-voucher in advance.
• Please use this printed prepaid-voucher to redeem a paper ticket at:  Ticketing Office, Tung Chung Cable Car Station
• Your prepaid-voucher is an open coupon which is valid for 30 days after it is issued.  It is non-refundable.
• As informed by Ngong Ping 360 cable car company, from 13 September to 20 September 2018, Ngong Ping Cable Car will be suspended to carry out bi-monthly regular scheduled maintenance.
• When Ngong Ping Cable Car will be suspended to carry out bi-monthly regular scheduled maintenance, or closed due to severe weather warning, alternative coach transportation will be available during the cable car service suspension. The Cable Car Service will be replaced by coach transfer between Ngong Ping and Tung Chung.
