Meeting place is the hotel lobby.  Your tour guide will find you by eye contact, or read your name from his/her pickup list.  Pickup takes place from 60+ hotels in Kowloon and 40+ hotels on Hong Kong Island.  If your hotel is not in the pickup list, the local tour operator will send you the nearest meeting place on google map.   You will be advised to meet with your tour guide at suggested time.

Between 12:50 and 13:10.  The pickup time shown on the tour page and your confirmation voucher is for your reference only.  You need to telephone the local tour supplier for a confirmed pickup time before 18:00 one day prior of your tour day.

• How to join in this tour from airport: Please take 24-minute Airport Express, get off at Kowloon Station, Exit D1, walk for 97m (2 minute) to W Hotel.  The pickup time from W Hotel is 12:40 daily. Your tour guide has a pickup list and will find you in the lobby.  Back to W Hotel at 19:00 after tour.  From Airport Station: The first train leaves at 05:54, the last train leaves at 00:48.  From Kowloon Station: The first train leaves at 05:53, the last train leaves at 00:52.
• If you live in a hotel on Lantau Island, the meeting time is 13:45 from the Taxi Stand at Tung Chung cable car station.  You need to take a Lantau taxi (blue) to Tung Chung Cable Car Station.  It costs around USD5
• HKD40 for 10 minute driving distance.
• As informed by Ngong Ping 360 cable car company, from 13 September to 20 September 2018, Ngong Ping Cable Car will be suspended to carry out bi-monthly regular scheduled maintenance.
• When Ngong Ping Cable Car will be suspended to carry out bi-monthly regular scheduled maintenance, or closed due to severe weather warning, alternative coach transportation will be available during the cable car service suspension. This tour will be operated by coach transfer between Ngong Ping and Tung Chung.
• In the event that the boat ride is suspended in Tai O village, a $20 retail cash coupon will be issued for use in Ngong Ping 360 souvenirs shops

• The Airport Express ticket is valid for 30 days before and 30 days after your arrival day in Hong Kong.
