Meeting place is the hotel lobby.  Your tour guide will find you by eye contact, or read your name from his/her pickup list.  Pickup takes place from 60+ hotels in Kowloon and 40+ hotels on Hong Kong Island.  If your hotel is not in the pickup list, the local tour operator will send you the nearest meeting place with a link on google map.   You will be advised to meet with your tour guide at suggested time.

Between 9:00am and 9:30am.  The pickup time shown on the tour page and your confirmation voucher is for your reference only.  You need to telephone the local tour supplier for a confirmed pickup time before 18:00 one day prior of your tour day.

• You do not need to climb 268 steps after taking cable car.  You can take free shuttle bus to reach the Buddha.
• At the Cable Car Station, there are two entries: Individual Entry and Group Entry. Most people will line up to buy tickets on site and enter through Individual Entry. The normal waiting time is 2 hours. Your prepaid confirmation coupon allows you to use Group Entry. Usually less people line up here. Group Entry is a privilege benefit for travel agents' customers only. It saves your time but you do not skip the line of others lining up at Individual Entry.
• Pick up from 40+ hotels in Hong Kong Island, and 60+ hotels in Kowloon area.  Please inform your accommodation place.
• Meeting point is in the lobby of your hotel or you will be advised of the nearest pickup hotel to meet your guide
• How to join in this tour from airport: Please take 24-minute Airport Express, get off at Kowloon Station, Exit D1, walk for 97m (2 minute) to W Hotel.  The pickup time from W Hotel is 09:15 daily. Your tour guide has a pickup list and will find you in the lobby.  Back to W Hotel at 19:00 after tour.  From Airport Station, the 1st train leaves at 05:54. From Kowloon Station back to airport, the last train leaves at 00:52.
• If you live in a hotel on Lantau Island, the meeting time is 10:55 from the Taxi Stand at Tung Chung cable car station.  You need to take a Lantau taxi (blue) to Tung Chung Cable Car Station.  It costs around USD5 or HKD40 for 10 minute driving distance.
• As informed by Ngong Ping 360 cable car company, from 13 November to 15 November 2018, Ngong Ping Cable Car will be suspended to carry out bi-monthly regular scheduled maintenance.
• When Ngong Ping Cable Car will be suspended to carry out bi-monthly regular scheduled maintenance, or closed due to severe weather warning, alternative coach transportation will be available during the cable car service suspension. This tour will be operated by coach transfer between Ngong Ping and Tung Chung.
• In the event that the boat ride is suspended in Tai O village, a $20 retail cash coupon will be issued for use in Ngong Ping 360 souvenirs shops

• Your Airport Express ticket is valid for 120 days (60 days before and 30 days after your tour day). 
• You will receive QR Code(s) for Roundtrip Airport Express tickets(s) offered by MTR Hong Kong.
• You can use a mobile device to download the QR Code image(s) and pass through the designated gate directly.
•  From 05:54 to 00:48, the Airport Express leaves from Airport Station in every 10 minute.  Relax on the 24-minute train ride into HK and get off at Kowloon Station or Hong Kong Station. 
• From Kowloon Station or Hong Kong Station, take free shuttle bus to your hotel.  Free shuttle bus goes to major downtown hotels, provided exclusively for Airport Express passengers travelling to or from Airport only. 
• Free bus departs in every 20 minute from 06:12 - 23:12. Your local tour operator will inform which shuttle bus you should take and how many stops on route.  Take the same bus 
• train back to airport on your return day.
• Before 6:00 and after 23:00, you need to take taxi to your hotel, the taxi fare will be paid by yourself.
