Rio the Janeiro City Tour with Optional Arrival Transfer

• One-way arrival transfer from Rio de Janeiro International Aiport (GIG) or Santos Dumont (SDU) to a hotel in the south zone (extra charges for transfers to the airport). No transfers between 11pm to 6am.
• Transport by air-conditioned minivan or executive car
• Small-group tour limited to 14 people
• Tickets to see the Christ the Redeemer. Please note: during the high season and holidays there might not be seats available at the train. In this case, we will take the van to the top of the Corcovado mountain to see the Christ the Redeemer statue.  
• Other tickets to the attractions are not include on the tour price

• Entrance fees for the Sugarloaf are not included on the tour price.
• Sugarloaf offers discounts only for students and seniors if you present a picture ID

• The time of the tour will be confirmed upon your arrival. You can choose to do the city tour on the same day of your arrival or in a different day. We suggest that you do the city tour in  different day if your flight arrives after 9am
• No transfers between 11pm to 6am. There's additional charges for transfer TO the airports (GIG and Santos Dumont)
• City Tour & Airport Transfers pickup and drop off is for hotels located only in the south zone of Rio de Janeiro ( Neighborhoods: Sao Conrado, Leblon, Ipanema, Copacabana, Botafogo, Flamengo, Glória, Catete, downtown and Pier Mauá). No transfers to Barra da Tijuca
• In case of a flight delay, the driver will wait 2-hours maximum at the airport, after that the transfer is canceled.
• Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. extra luggage, surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable. If an extra vehicle is necessary to accommodate your luggage the extra cost will be charged.
• No reimbursements in case of passengers delays or NO-SHOW.  Transfers cancellations (flight delays, NO-SHOW): In case of a flight delay the driver will wait up to two hours at the airport, after that the transfer is canceled. NO-SHOW: You can't reschedule your transfer in case of a NO-SHOW. The duration of transfers are approximate, the exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions (Approx. 60 minutes).
• Transfers cancellations (flight delays, NO-SHOW): In case of a flight delay the driver will wait up to two hours at the airport, after that the transfer is canceled. NO-SHOW: You can't reschedule your transfer in case of a NO-SHOW.
• The duration of transfers are approximate, the exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions (Approx. 60 minutes).
• Please advise you might be waiting at the airport until all travelers arrive and not be the first one to be dropped off at the hotel in the south zone.
• There's a maximum of 14 travelers on this tour.
• We can do the city tour on the same day of your arrival or in a different day. 
• Adult pricing applies to all travelers.
• For tour in languages other than English, a minimum of 6 people is required.
• A small amount of walking is involved.
