• Confirmation will be received at time of booking
• Sturdy, warm, waterproof shoes, as well as warm rain and windproof outdoor clothing, is recommended. For the best comfort, we recommend bringing mittens and a hat even during the summer season.
• Minimum numbers apply. There is a possibility of cancellation after confirmation if there are not enough passengers to meet requirements. In the event of this occurring, you will be offered an alternative or full refund
• In winter when the boats are not operating, passengers still visit the lagoon but will enjoy it from the shore. The time saved from skipping the boat ride in winter is used to take extra stops.
• Children & Zodiac boat: Children shorter than 100 cm are not allowed on the Zodiac boat (that usually corresponds to the age 5 years and younger) - therefore if you are booking a child in the category 0-5 years old, it will not be allowed on the Zodiac boat. If a child is taller than 100 cm but younger than 6 years old, it has to be booked as youth 6-14 years old to be allowed to go on the boat (otherwise the seat for the boat won't be booked). 
• Please note: due to the driving restrictions in Reykjavík, we cannot guarantee a hotel pickup from all hotels. In case your hotel is located in the restricted area, we will ask you to meet us at a designated bus stop, which is never more than few minutes walking distance.
